The final product was excellent. The Promar team installing the siding (Jake and team) performed quality work, walked us through every step of the install process, and were very receptive to questions and minor adjustments requested to provide us with the finished product we desired. Our sales representative, Rick, kept open communication, was reasonable with requested changes, and was transparent throughout the process. Their estimate was at or below similar estimates we received in the area. Would use Promar again and recommend to others.

Promar Exteriors recently installed windows in my older home in Downers Grove. I am extremely pleased with the windows and with the excellent service from this company. This was the first time that I contracted for exterior work on my home. Selecting Promar Exteriors was the best choice. Sales showed me several types of windows, not just the most expensive ones. We discussed the benefits of each and I selected the windows that met my needs. The installers came on time and did a excellent job installing. The work was completed in the most professional manner – they took any waste from the job and even vacuumed the work area.

I have worked with them twice now (shingle roof, vinyl siding and aluminum gutters installation) and would recommend them to anyone–quality work at a fair price. Their folks were professional and polite, explained the work to be done, and kept to their estimate. They also worked quickly and kept an eye on the weather.

We just had our shingle roof replaced. Promar was not the lowest bid. However, they were competitive with the other proposals from roofing companies. We needed aluminum gutters and marvin wood windows installed and several upgrades to the roof. As most folks know, the challenge is finding a company that does professional quality work and can do what they promise.

The work done by Promar was above and beyond. We got a new roof, new windows (including a bow window) and siding for both the house and garage. Everything was done as scheduled.
They started and finished per the schedule perfectly and everyone involved was here when they said and worked long hours to make sure they got everything done. Rick, our rep, was very amicable and helpful in helping us make decisions. Jake, the main man could not have been more friendly and professional. Their work was top notch.
